INTERACTIVE MARKETING BUSINESS IT LEAD – to $95K - Toronto
We’re currently seeking an Interactive Marketing Specialist to lead
Business relationships in electronic media.
The position is responsible for building Business relationships to
understand and enable Strategic objectives. In this role, the incumbent
will be responsible for forging new relationships and managing campaigns
and initiatives ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are
all met. Collaborating with other Global initiative teams, this IT Lead
will work with in house legal and compliance teams as well as third
party creative resources to deliver the projects.
The main responsibilities include proactively creating and overseeing
development and execution of integrated business and technology
strategies for call center and relationship interactive marketing
campaigns. Working with Marketing and Call Centre leaders to understand
Business requirements of relationship interactive marketing campaigns is
a large part of this mandate. Managing the IT demands of each
initiative and coordinating Technical fulfillment is a major aspect of
the role.
In order to be successful, you will have to forge strong relationships
with internal business partners and vendors by promoting IT capabilities
and processes and facilitating day-to-day activities.
You must also have a creative edge in order to provide key insights in
the development of relationship interactive marketing strategies for the
main Consumer Relationships Development mission, vision and objectives,
target segmentation, media tactics, consumer experience, campaign
management and acquisition strategy. As marketer, and analyst you
should be able to develop key metrics to determine program success as
well as cost estimating for programs and initiatives.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of IT
Marketing/E-Media experience. Experience leading teams and working with
third party vendors is important. In depth understanding of Web Best
Practices 2.0, Blogs, Newsgroups, Social Networking sites, message
boards and SEO and SEM (Search Engine Organization/Management) is
crucial. Technically you must be able to manage CRM and digital
programs, using formal PM methodology. Experience developing and
maintaining Electronic/digital marketing campaigns for the Consumer
Packaged Goods and Healthcare industry is preferred.
Salary range is $85-95K, plus Bonus and Benefits.
