Requirements:

· 10-15 years minimum senior product marketing experience within a
high-tech company.

· Masters in Business preferred, University degree in marketing,
advertising and/or business is required.

· Background in healthcare and technology is a definite asset.

· Strong leadership skills and project management experience.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Time and process management focus.

· Expertise in developing market analysis and reporting.

· Ability to work with engineering project teams.

· Ability to work with sales executives to strategize on sales
activities and programs.

· Expertise in creating industry and customer surveys and then using
results to develop strategic plans.

· Expertise in developing comprehensive competitive updates.

· Ability to communicate comfortably across all levels of corporate
structure.

· Ability to multi-task numerous projects simultaneously.

· Ability to thrive in a changing environment of a start-up company.

· Must have demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a
self-directed manner.

· Previous experience designing and analyzing promotional and
marketing campaigns.

· Basic understanding of public relations, integration of
communications and branding.
