Job Description:

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for lead generation
programs in North America. Drawing on your experience delivering lead
generation programs at other software companies you will be a key member of
the corporate marketing team.


a.. Development of a lead-generation plan at regional and local
levels.
b.. Project-manage lead generation programs from conception through
execution and tracking.
c.. Develop systems for tracking ROI on lead generation tactics and
deliver regular reports to the executive team on results.
d.. Work closely with territory account managers to determine local
and regional requirements for lead generation.
e.. Own all phases of internet-based lead generation including those
from online advertising.
f.. Work with the Events Coordinatoar on the execution of events.
g.. Manage programs to a budget and actively look for ways to
control costs.

Qualifications:

a.. 3 - 5 years of experience in managing lead generation programs,
preferably in the enterprise software industry
b.. University degree in Business, Computer Science and/or
Engineering
c.. Proven experience developing and managing lead generation
programs
d.. Experience in execution of marketing campaigns including results
tracking
e.. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and
communicate with customers, partners and the sales team
f.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on
approach
g.. Technical background preferred but not mandatory
h.. Ability to travel 25% of time in the U.S
