Director of Marketing

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and dynamic Director of
Marketing.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
-Collaborating with the necessary stakeholders to develop a marketing
communications strategy, and establish an operational plan and
associated implementation budget
-Planning and directing the implementation of marketing communications
programs, including in-house graphics services and outsourced resources

-Primarily B2B marketing efforts to include print, brochure, tradeshow,
and email campaigns
-Media relations including press release creation and issuance along
with speech and presentation development activities
-Customer communications including marketing, upgrade, training and
crisis communications
-Internal Communications including internal newsletters and working
with HR on the company intranet
-Management of the corporate website
-Building processes and metrics for determining marketing
communications success

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience required
-Strong leadership and people-management skills
-Experience leading a high tech marketing department acting both as a
player and as a coach
-A good strategic marketing mind and a demonstrated ability to identify
opportunities and develop fact based solutions
-Solid experience developing both on and off-line marketing
communication plans and brand strategies
-Knowledge of the residential real estate industry an asset
